I have been wagering on the internet or at brick and mortar gambling halls for a lot of years. I have determined, the craving is able to grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up till you are broke. Notably if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through many tens of thousands of dollars in a very short period of time and at times, I will go a bit too far. It appears you are only enjoying yourself up until you decide to track your loss and the blame settles in, and of course you keep telling yourself "I can earn the cash back" repeatedly. It doesn’t work. Then you feel sick to your gut and the harder you attempt the faster you give away.
When you find that you are up, Remain on the UP! When you begin to lose, don’t convince yourself, "well just 1 more" and again and again, believe me, this method RARELY ever works. Say you are gambling on one armed bandits, keep a pot set aside prior to beginning your gambling. DON’T go over that threshold, no matter how appealing. If you happen to win, put the winnings in an alternate cup. Don’t spend your profits at any cost. After you have gambled through your original predetermined limit, stop. Back off, whether it is on the net or at a land based casino, don’t stay around. Always remember, there will be another day, another time. Obviously, this process usually will work for any game that you bet on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, 21 or any other casino game.
Remember, gambling should be exciting not exhausting, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you can’t manage the squanderings, don’t even start.
